For Goodness Sake Natural Food (FGS) recently attended the H.E.L.P (Health Exercise Lifestyle and Prevention) Wellness Expo on Saturday, January 12th at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion.  We met a lot of great people and had a lot of fun

We just received a shipment of MTO Kombucha – it goes fast so get yours ASAP.  We also just received Organic Fuji apples, Organic bananas, Organic Red Pears, Organic Turnips and Trickling Springs Organic Milk from Pasture Raised Cows.

For February the Trickling Springs Creamery Ice Cream Flavor of the Month  is “Chocolate Covered Strawberries”. Whoopee! Yum!
